At the beginning on the boat Wallace takes a picture of his wife sitting on the boat's rail. She is sitting with both of her arms down by her side. He took one picture of her and then she reached up moved some of her hair off of her face. Later, he showed the photo to Mannix. However, her arms were not down along her side, as she had the one hand moving the hair away from her face, a pose he did not take a picture of.
Mannix is told that the orphanage where Gina Hunter lived as a child had a statue of "St. Francis of Assisi" in the front. In the establishing shot of what is supposed to be the orphanage, however, the shot actually depicts what is clearly a statue of Jesus, not St. Francis, with his arms outstretched; St. Francis is usually depicted wearing a monk's cassock, not the kind of robes on the statue shown here. (The shot of the statue, including the children running past it, is actually recycled from the Season 5 premiere, Dark So Early, Dark So Long (1971).
Mannix breaks in the door of Billie's apartment, but there's no sign of damage to the door or the doorjamb. Then when he leaves he tells her to keep the door locked, but there shouldn't be enough of the door or frame to be able to lock it.
Although the Hughes MD500 (369) helicopter seen is equipped with an Allison 250 (Rolls Royce) jet turbine engine and a 5-bladed main rotor, the sound heard is that of a piston engine helicopter with a 2-bladed main rotor.
At an early attempt to show a split screen with the same actress, the result actually appears spliced together, the right side of the screen is dimmed from overlay, and when the actress on the right turns to walk out the door, the tips of her fingers momentarily disappears at the split screen border.
When Mannix is about to leave Billie Caprice's apartment her back is to the camera while she talks to him. Suddenly she turns her head backwards as if to look at something and then quickly turned it back to face Mannix. Apparently actress Ahna Capri heard a noise behind her and momentarily broke character to see what it was before recovering and continuing with the scene.
