- When Al is temporarily laid off from the shoe store, he takes on a job as night security guard at Polk High. However, the championship trophy from Al's legendary "4 touchdowns in one game" game is stolen while he is in the bathroom. Al discovers that the thief is his old rival "Spare Tire" Dixon (Bubba Smith), who insists that Al's knee was down before crossing the goal line, and that Al stole his glory and headlines, relegating him to a life as a pie-addicted security guard. In order to reclaim the trophy, Al must take on Spare Tire in one last goal line defense.
