- TriviaThis episode was the second and last appearance of Barbara Colby, as Sherry. It was in large part due to her terrific comedic abilities, displayed in her 2 appearances in this show, which helped get her the regular role on the (soon-to-be-spun-off) series, Phyllis (1975) (another MTM Enterprises Productions)), as Phyllis' (Cloris Leachman) boss. Sadly, after filming only a couple of episodes (and before them even airing) the talented Ms Colby and a companion were robbed at gun point in a Los Angeles garage, and were both shot and killed. The crime has never been solved.

Starts Out Slow and Then Steam Rises
When Mary went to jail for not revealing her sources, there was a hooker in the same cell. In this episode this person shows up looking for someone to vouch for her at a court date. Mary takes it upon herself to rehabilitate her. She tries everything, but the woman is resistant to anything. She only knows one profession and is unwilling to take a shot at another. Pretty tame until Ted and Georgette show up at Mary's home. This woman always wanted to be a dress designer and Mary has tried on one of her creations. The scene with Ted is absolutely hilarious. I won't go into details. Also, Mary looks great in the dress.
