- Casey Collins: [Discussing sunken sub] How long do we have?
- Mr. Lavender: According to Naval Ops, they've got five days.
- Casey Collins: So what do we do? Break her out?
- Mr. Lavender: Not out of that prison! The best thing we can do is break someone in.
- Casey Collins: Me? Oh, thanks a lot.
- Mr. Lavender: This submarine is the most advanced weapon in our naval arsenal. If it were to fall into the wrong hands it would be an enormous strategic loss. Right now, it's on the bottom of the Black Sea, helpless, with a crew of 120 men trapped and facing death. Now, this is Katya Dekova, one of our agents, and she's carrying the submarine's location on a microdisk. We've got to retrieve that disk, and to do so, we've got to get Katya out of this prison, the toughest in Portugal.
- Danny Doyle: We've got only three days to do it in.
- Casey Collins: Raul Salazar, DeCarmona's brother-in-law and local commissioner of prisons.
- Rafael: I know of him - a thief and a vulture!
- Mr. Lavender: He hasn't changed. He uses his prison to hold people hostage, extort money, and skim funds.
- Danny Doyle: One of his victims is this young American, Alicia Wilson. And this is what she looks like now, imprisoned.
- Mr. Lavender: Once Casey's inside, she'll recruit Alicia as part of our team.
- Julie Moon: Forgive my apprehension, Mr. Lavender, but aren't we a little out of our league?
- Mr. Lavender: Not as long as we get them to play the game our way. The danger we'll be in is nothing compared to the 120 men in that submarine. On behalf of the government of the United States, I want to thank you again, and welcome to Operation: Masquerade.
- Michael Guerrero: Coincidence, perhaps. But Lavender, a man I worked for, taught me the cardinal rule of survival: there is nothing more deadly than coincidence.
- Raul Salazar: [the yacht is billowing smoke, Raul and Maria rush to the deck] What the hell is wrong?
- Rafael: The fuel lines are defective.
- Raul Salazar: Are we going to sink?
- Rafael: Of course not.
- Raul Salazar: We better not. It's my brother's boat!
- Rafael: We're going to explode.
- Raul Salazar: He's the one responsible!
- Mr. Lavender: I wrecked the governor's car, blow up his yacht, and fill his house with prostitutes? Really, Salazar.
