When Barney was working with Willy using jumper wires to bypass the circuits, the alligator clips were just clamped to the outside insulation of the wires. This would not make an electrical connection, so it would accomplish nothing electrically.
As Barney is cutting the 'high voltage' wires which have been jumped, since he was cutting multiple wires concurrently (no pun intended) with metal cutters, there should have been sparks as the cutters cut through the 'hot' (electrified) wires.
When Barney is in the crematorium and kicks out the back wall, you can see that the bricks are actually blocks of wood. One brick can be seen with the edge torn away.
When an unconscious Deane is loaded into the escape vehicle after being extricated from the crematorium, he grabs the arm of one of the IM force members carrying him.
When Barney and Willy are in the tunnel, Barney removes, with his bare hand, a light bulb that had been lit for a while. The bulb should be too hot to handle. He would have burned his fingers.
When Barney is inside the crematorium, the back wall of "bricks" are quite obviously drawn onto the wall, as the lines don't match up with the missing bricks. When the wall is replaced and the body brought in, the wall appears intact (the brick lines match up). When Barney starts to kick the replaced bricks, the wall around it now appears smooth (instead of individual bricks). As he gets up and shifts the body through the hole, the wall again appears to be all bricks (not smooth) with the lines again not matching up to the missing bricks.
When Rollin gets the 2 latex masks from his small tool, there is no way a wig also fits in there. Yet he comes out of the holding cell dressed as Senko Brobin. Afterwards, outside in the waiting truck he removes only a mask. Barely credible disguise.
The tape says it will self-destruct in 5 seconds, but it actually self-destructed in about 2 seconds. There was barely enough time for "Good luck, Dan." before it started smoking.
This episode takes place in Eastern Europe. All European countries use blue lights on their emergency vehicles, yet the ambulances in this episode use red lights.
The story is set in eastern Europe, but when Willy and Barney go into the manhole there is a US style mailbox in the background.
There is no way that Briggs would have known that the padding in which he hid the escape tools for Rollin would actually be used in Rollin's cell when he was incarcerated.
