At about 23 minutes in, when the surveillance tape is being listened to, there is a black Craig machine with 5" reels playing on the desk. When the scene was switched to an overhead view, the machine was a white Craig 222 with 3-1/2 inch reels playing. The view then switched back to facing the desk and the black machine was playing.
At just past the half way point, when Kerr is talking to Wicks at the bar, a blonde woman is walking past them. When Peter Wiley joins them, she can be seen behind them on the balcony above walking to the far right side before disappearing from view. A moment later she reappears going back the way she came. When the camera changes to a close up of Wiley as he says "nothing", she can be seen walking back up the stairs behind him.
When the tape recorder is giving the mission instructions at the beginning the right side is solid. A series of holes appears under the take-up reel to release the smoke seen when the tape self destructs.
The scene where the bills are being vacuumed was clearly filmed in reverse; you can see the bills being forcefully ejected from the hole.
When the bellboy finds Cameron tied to a chair, and with tape over his mouth (approximately 43.30), Cameron has free use of his arms. He could have removed the tape himself at any point, enabling him to call for help or try to chew through the ropes around his wrists.
