Williams throws Yorgi's body (disguised as Rollin) through a ship's porthole into the sea. Yorgi is wearing a black tuxedo and a white shirt. There is a cut of the body falling into the water, but this body is wearing white trousers and a blue shirt.
When Williams receives the radiogram, it shows "S.S. Star of Suez" yet every other time, including the station Williams uses to decode the message, the ship is the "S.S. Queen of Suez".
After Rollin wins the climatic poker hand against Yorgi Petrosian and Victor Tomar, he places the emerald case in the breast pocket of his suit jacket. But in the next frame, as he is collecting the cash from the table, the emerald case can be observed amid the pile of money.
During the initial team briefing, Cinnamon deals 6 cards and Phelps names them. Then, to show Cinnamon how it works, he deals a few more. Then, as Rollin is about to demonstrate how he switches cards, in a long shot there are only 6 dealt cards on the table.
When Rollin is demonstrating his sleeve card dealer to the team, he takes cards from his sleeve, and the top card is clearly the two of clubs, but when he lays out all the cards, he shows all 4 aces, and the 4 of spades.
When they open the green case, the alleged emerald inside is dark blue. Emeralds are never blue, they are always deep green.
There are at least three ships in this episode - a two funneled liner (seen in earlier part of episode), a cargo ship (seen in the middle part - in close up) and a three funneled liner coming into port at the end.
The doors on the cruise ship appear to have deadbolt locks, but it is obvious that they are all fake. When Willie picks the lock and opens the door, the edge of the door where the deadbolt would be is all solid. This is also noticeable on other doors, as they are opened or closed.
When Cinnamon is playing the Horse Race Wheel in the casino she has bet on 2. In the close up of the top of the wheel number 2 wins. When they switch to the wide shot of Cinnamon celebrating her win, the number 2 is clearly visible to her right, and not in the winning position.
The line "this tape will self-destruct in 10 seconds" is in a slightly different voice, as if it had been accidentally left out of the original script and was added in later. The tape also self-destructs in 5 seconds (like usual) rather than 10.
In the game when Jim beats Cinnamon and takes her bracelet, she calls his raise, but shows her cards first, contrary to the rules of poker.
Yorgi says he is raising "500 dollars" but he puts five $1,000 bills on the pile.
When Peter Graves gets punched by the bad guy at the bar, the female atmosphere behind him is seen smiling profusely. This reveals they had rehearse the scene many times and the extra is amused by Peter's reaction.
