When Mr. Morris is talking with Ms. Davis over a glass of beer, the froth has a high head. In the next shot, the head has receded significantly.
In the beginning of the episode, Barney says Holt will be injected with something that will give Holt open sores on his face, making him think he has been contaminated. At the end of the episode, Holt realizes he has been fooled when he wipes fake rubber sores of his face. Those sores should have been real, having been caused by the injection Holt received.
The IMF team is tracking the car that Gordon Holt is driving by watching a light moving under a map. To move at the speed displayed on the map the car would have had to be traveling in excess of 150 miles per hour.
The dot of the moving car on the tracing map covers huge distances in a very short period of time. The police car would have to be traveling several hundred miles an hour to cover those distances.
When the phony radio broadcast is playing the announcer says "1240 on your AM dial" but the radio dial is on 75.
When Peter Haskell steals the Sherriff's car, the beacon ray on the car top is running when he starts the engine. A view of him from the front bumper shows the beacon off but the siren is wailing. An aerial view of the car at the roadblock bridge has the beacon and siren on again.
Gordon Holt (Peter Haskell) and Mimi Davis (Barbara Anderson) leave town in the Sheriff's car and Ralph Davies (Michael Conrad) follows them in a Jeep. Even though he left town after them and is driving a slower car he still manages to get ahead of them and ambush them.
