Tropical Storm Fran. Will the tropics survive that, and a hurricane too?

Basically a flashback episode where Fran and Val take a vacation to the tropics and are hut bound due to a storm even though they attempt to have drinks outside during the height of the storm. While it's nice to have a break from the whole over-the-top Maxwell and Fran romance, use of flashbacks to pad out the running time seems completely forced although the use of chosen clips are funny. Then there's C.C. in a wheelchair, the funniest visual where the opportunity for great slapstick is obvious. This is where the show begins to become mostly hit or miss, with a few elements like this somewhere in the middle, really only aided by the terrific ensemble that used "Lucy Show" type silliness to get laughs, some successful and others not so memorable.
