Sarsaparilla drink has not existed in the US since 1960. Tony couldn't order it, and the bar couldn't have sold it.
During scene when Gibbs, Kate, and Tony go to see Mjr. Stacko, they walk by a sign painted with the words "Explosive Ordinance Disposal" on it - the correct word is Ordnance, not Ordinance.
Vanessa the waitress is at the nightclub talking to Tony and getting her photos done whilst he's photographing the crime scene. It then jumps back to the missing marine who then starts shouting at the eyes looking through the peep hole. Back to Gibbs and we see Tony and Vanessa walk down the stairs of the nightclub. There's nothing to say she has an accomplice but how does she ditch Tony to look through the peep hole to come back to Tony. She couldn't have.
Vanessa, the waitress who was the only survivor of the Phillipina women trapped in the container, had no decipherable accent. As she was an adult at the time she came to the States, this is highly unlikely.
