Too funny!
Sleepin_Dragon4 December 2020
Incredibly funny, boring relatives, cremated pets and TCP, the glorious series opener is matched by this equally hilarious and zany second episode.

The way in which Renwick was able to mix up the humour with the sadder moments for my money has never been bettered in a comedy.

It tells you a lot about Kylie Minogue this epsiode, made back in 1990, presumably when the young Aussie was just about beginning, thirty years later she's still as popular.

There's no more pastry, that gag ran for a few episodes, it never made any sense, and was never explained, but it was so incredibly funny.

Auntie Norma peering through the glass, and the mishap with the note, two key moments, that hilarious scene with the car, I can find absolutely no criticism of it, it's well structured, well paced and super funny, it's a classic, 10/10.
