The rarely seen Lane's English Sheep dog makes an appearance at the end of the program.
This episode marks the only other role for young actress Coni Hudak, who, a year earlier, played the flirtatious, blond-haired Kate in the cult movie David and Lisa (1962) starring Keir Dullea.
At the beginning of this episode, Patty is dancing to a jazzy musical number when Mrs. Lane walks in on her. This same musical piece would be used nearly six years later in Playmates (1968) wherein Samantha Stephen's cousin, Serena, is dancing too. This episode was produced by William Asher who was married to its star, Elizabeth Montgomery, at the time. Bewitched (1964) itself had many episodes that featured Samantha's brown-haired identical cousin, Serena. Both characters on that show were played by Elizabeth Montgomery.
