Alan Shore presents his case. As I said before, Eugene was probably the least moral of all the lawyers in the firm. Shore was right that he used Plan B frequently, attacked vulnerable people, questioning their testimony in harsh, ugly ways, even children. Bobby left because he couldn't handle those methods for when he was also complicit. Shore is able to bring all these things out in his closing. He expresses his respect for the people who are accusing him and it seems that the sense of adventure really is the driving force. I've never seen Boston Legal and am probably going to be hooked on that as well. Dang!
