HE DID IT. MY MANS HARLAND FINALLY DID IT. Harland redemption arc went OFF this episode. He put on a good case and won. I was so happy for him at the end. HE MADE EUGENE CRY. Incredible.

Am I watching Rocky?

It's a cheap feel-good episode, but you gotta admit, it works.

Maybe It Couldn't Happen

As I'm writing, the Supreme Court of the U. S. just dropped controls over things that are polluting our atmosphere and probably leading to mass destruction in our world, droughts, floods, and air quality. This is the world we live in. There is no chance for us because the people who control the substances that lead to this have nothing to worry about. Out goes a little petty cash. I'm a capitalist and believe in the free market, but have trouble with the death sentence being given our planet. So the result of this episode is nice but totally improbable. This pharmaceutical company uses their lawyers to avoid any kind of culpability. When they lose, it's nice. It was feel good. But as we all know, a corporation with 50 billion dollars would never rest until it had its way. I did enjoy seeing Harland Bassett exonerated. Turns out he knows the law and works hard but has little self confidence.
