- Quotes
[Tom escapes from Bill Eaton and Deputy Sheriff Jake]
Dale Evans: What are you grinning about? Tom's a fugitive or Jake wouldn't be after him!
Roy Rogers: Oh, I never did like Bill Eaton and that hair-trigger temper of his. What are you grinnin' about?
Dale Evans: I never did like him either.
Roy Rogers: What do you say we go see what it's all about?
Dale Evans: That's a deal!

Lizard Herders
A scheming no-good has a unique way of committing murder. He doesn't wear a gun. Instead, he is an expert at quick drawing the gun from another man's holster and shooting his victim. Pat refers to anyone who commit such a murder as a lizard herder. When local scumbag Bill Eaton frames Tom Larrabee for the murder, Roy, Dale, and Pat spring into action. The sheriff is again an incompetent boob who hinders rather than helps. Pat plays a big role in exposing the truth. A good episode.
