Turk finds nothing wrong with the patient.- J.D.'s patient is dying and there is nothing they can do for her. He makes a rookie mistake in telling her this and Dr Cox tells him so, almost to his delight.- J.D. is doing a lot of day dreaming, including his Dr. Acula story.- Carla is organising the staff annual photograph, but why does the Janitor ruin it for her by shining sun light from a mirror into the camera.
