- Three of the girls deal with loved ones from their past. For Carrie it's trying to become just good friends again with Mr. Big, who now is with Natasha and even tells her they are already engaged. For Charlotte it means the pony Taddy which threw her off as a child, or a substitute horse. For Miranda it's becoming friends again with barman Steve, but then they get physical again... Samantha however finds by chance a new, huge hunky man who seems about as cocky as she is, and proves he has a cock of matching (record) size which even she may not be able to handle.—KGF Vissers
- Miranda runs into Steve (David Eigenberg) at a sidewalk and panics and runs away. Miranda claims that she has never been able to be friends with an ex-boyfriend. Carrie argues that women keep dresses that they will never wear, but they throw away their ex-boyfriends. But she also admits that she had not been able to be friends with Mr. Big. She wonders where the love goes once the relationship is over and is it even possible to transform the love into a friendship.
Carrie makes amends by deciding to make friends with Big. She calls Big and decides to have lunch. Big is nervous around her. They both order drinks and only then Big is able to loosen up a little bit. After drinks Big tells Carrie that he is engaged to Natasha. Carrie is stunned and tells Big that he strung her along for 2 years and married the first 26-year-old that came by (he knew Natasha for just 5 months). Carrie is livid since Big always told her that he never wanted to get married ever again. He had a commitment issue.
After learning of Big's engagement, a freaked-out Carrie tries to cope with the ramifications. Carrie tells Charlotte, that she was the one who made Big date worthy and now Natasha gets to spend the rest of her life with him. Big calls Carrie after a few days and apologizes to Carrie about how it all happened. Carrie also apologizes for her behavior, but all her friendly feelings leave her when she gets the engagement brunch card for Big and Natasha. Carrie asks, "Why her". Big responds that it was too complicated with Carrie and Natasha was simple.
Seeing Miranda run away from him hurts Steve & he comes to Miranda's home. Miranda is very guilty about what she did. They start slowly by going out for dinner. That night Miranda sleeps with Steve for the first time after their breakup.
Charlotte tries to overcome her fear of horseback riding. She was thrown off a horse as a child and had been fearful ever since. She goes for a lesson with Carrie, and gets a nice, docile horse. But her memories of broken bones return, and she runs away. At her next attempt, she first takes the horse for a walk and befriends it. Once she is comfortable, she rides away on the horse with ease.
Samantha dates a guy who's "Mr. Too-Big", determined to overcome his over-endowment. The guy approached Samantha on the street and asked her out for dinner. He even gave Samantha his business card and asked Samantha to call him, when she was ready. Samantha takes the guy out for dinner, and they get to her room. The guy warns Samantha that he is very well endowed. Samantha is confident she can handle it, but she gets scared the first time she sees the mountain of flesh coming at her. At the next attempt, Samantha thinks she got the hang of it, but turns out the guy wasn't even half in yet. Samantha calls it off and wants to be just friends. Samantha made her very first male friend.
