Bart's hall monitor sash disappears when Principal Skinner discovers the "Teacher's Edition" books.
Where Bart is standing supposedly 'covering' Lou and Eddie, the alley had previously been large enough to accommodate both Snake's car and the police car. Now it is too narrow for either. Furthermore after the 'break', the episode states (à la Barnaby Jones): "Act II - Death drives a stick", but Snake is driving an automatic car with what appears to be a Hurst shifter.
When Bart and Principal Skinner are searching the lockers, the same piece of animation is used several times, making it seem as though the same objects are in various different lockers.
Snake crashes his car because the alley he is driving in becomes too narrow, causing the car to become trapped. However, when Lou and Eddie go to arrest him, they somehow manage to fit in the alley alongside the car, despite there apparently being no room.
Eddie makes up a phonetic alphabet when calling in Snake's license plate. The NATO phonetic alphabet that the officer should have used would call the plate in as "Echo X-ray Charlie Oscar November."
