When J. Jonah Jameson is declaring that he wants to pay for Peter's wedding (to beat out Wilson Fisk), he quips "I wanna give Parker a wedding that'll make that Princess Di thing look like a clambake." Lady Diana (Princess Di) died a mere 12 days before this originally aired. They added a slightly negative response from Peter at the last minute to reflect that.
Harry Osborn ended up in Ravencroft after the events of Partners in Danger Chapter 8: The Return of the Green Goblin (1997). He was being treated by Dr. Ashley Kafka, the same psychiatrist that was treating Eddie Brock in Sins of the Fathers Chapter 10: Venom Returns (1996) and Sins of the Fathers Chapter 11: Carnage (1996).
Kingpin orders Landon to activate the Mega Slayer that Smythe had built in Neogenic Nightmare Chapter 11: Tablet of Time (1996) to combat the Goblin Robo Warriors made by Smythe for the Green Goblin.

Harry Osborn made a deal with Silvermaine that allowed the old crime boss to take over day-to-day operations of Oscorp, but Osborn will retain ownership of the company. Oscorp's manufacturing capabilities and Alistair Smythe's technology, Silvermaine has the extra muscle needed to take on The Kingpin. Smythe even fixed the Scorpion's suit.
