Vinnie is failing math and Jennifer promises Patty that she will be nicer to Patty and Lauren is she helps him pass.
A funny episode, a worthy ending to a great series. Patty agrees to tutor Vinnie and tells him she will help him study, "Study before the test? What a novel idea." he says. Muffy gets a job as the school gossip columnist. Vinnie is having a party in his rec room and Jennifer is forced to invite Patty and Lauren when Patty helps him. Lauren doesn't know about this arrangement but is happy to be with the popular crowd. A band called Jimmy And The Mustangs play at the party, they seem to be a Stray Cats imitation group. Muffy, along with Marshall and Johnny crash the party thinking they will do interviews for the school radio station. Jennifer then says "geek week" is officially over. I believe this is the best one season sitcom ever, it perhaps could have lasted a bit longer since the quality was still excellent in this finale. The last scene has Patty, Lauren, Johnny and Marshall stuck in front of the TV, once again unpopular. Then the rock band from the party comes over, they are actually friends of Johnny. A nice ending, last time we see these great characters.
