Several events in this one. First of all, Lizzie Westphall becomes pregnant, the father that first year hunk. John Doe #6 has stolen Craig's book (which has become a best seller) and the two of them get into a fight in a bookstore. In a more bizarre event, the head of patient who has died is lost in the morgue. This one is a bit over the top.
