- An alien incursion takes control of the base.
- After a vain search for the Harsesis boy on an unexplored planet, SG-1 is told there is a chemical leak and gets sedating injections in the infirmary. In fact, the SGC has been taken over by body-snatching aliens, as Teal'c and Sam discover, who are immune because of his symbiote and her Jolinar-remnants. Teal'c is captured while giving Sam the chance to escape; she meets with Colonel Harry Maybourne, who believes them and brought the alien-possessed Jack and Daniel, who claim it's paranoia caused by the leaked chemical; during a flight back, Sam is able to see trough the game because of a 'flicker' and discovers it's done by two electronic devices to assume a human shape and voice. Meanwhile the real Jack and Major Paul Davis awake in an organic web where every human is tied into tentacles, soon meeting up with Sam and liberating Teal'c, in a hurry to try Sam's sound-idea before Maybourne sends in troops with orders to shoot and kill.—KGF Vissers
- During routine post-mission medical exams, Dr Fraiser injects the team with sedatives making them all unconscious. But Teal'c's symbiont helps him to come round and see Hammond and Fraiser talking to aliens who captured SGC. He fights and frees Carter, who goes to alert the US Air Force.—Anonymous
- SG-1 is late returning from a mission and are sent directly to sick bay for decontamination. They are all sedated but it doesn't work on Teal'c and he soon realizes that aliens have taken control of Stargate Command. He frees Major Carter who makes her way to Washington where she contacts Col. Harry Maybourne to tell him they are facing a 'foothold' situation. Maybourne is highly skeptical but Carter soon shows him the danger they are facing.—garykmcd
- When the SG-1 returns from a mission, the team learns that there is a chemical leak on the sixteenth floor of the SGC and they need to go to the infirmary. Dr. Fraiser injects a drug and the group faints; however Teal'c recovers soon because of his symbiont and he sees aliens that have taken over the SGC and assumed their appearance. Teal'c rescues Sam and helps her to flee from the base, but he is captured again. Sam contacts Colonel Harry Maybourne and she schedules a meeting with him in café in a public space. However, he contacts General Hammond and Jack and Daniel also come to the encounter. They explain to Sam that the chemical provokes hallucinations and visions and she needs to urgently return to the SGC to be cured since she is paranoid.
