- The team is on Dagan, where they must find key stones to retrieve a ZPM. Zelenka finds out Atlantis has a deep space scanner.
- The team has arrived on Dagan, one of the gate addresses with ZPM's the old Weir gave them. The people from Dagan know about this device they call Potentia. Apparently the Ancients gave a secret Brotherhood the order to keep it safe from the Wraith until it was reclaimed by their descendants. The location of the device is unknown however, since the Brotherhood was wiped out entirely in a culling. Archaelogists have tried for centuries to solve the puzzle and three out of nine key stones have been found recently The team tries to find the rest. Some Genii however, have taken interest in their activities on Dagan and of the archaeologists helping them is starting to have doubts. Meanwhile a console on Atlantis starts behaving strangely. - *Checking on time-traveled Weir's instructions where to find ZPMs, Sheppard takes McKay, Ford and Teyla on a search mission on medieval planet Dagan,. There Rodney gets a crush on foxy local archaeologist Allina, who shares her research on the Quindecim, a long-extinct brotherhood of fifteen mystics, devoted to the preservation of a secret treasure 'potentia' from Atlantis, which fits the bill. Together they complete the search for, digging-up and combining nine inscribed key stones. However, a traitor informed Genii commander Acastus Kolya, who arrives with a small war party to capture them, demanding the secret as ransom for their lives. McKay and Sheppard do great jobs at leading on and preparing an escape, only to be betrayed in the end. On Atlantis, in Sheppard's absence, Becket must man a jumper as the other has been destroyed by a Wraith reconnaissance glider, part of an elaborate bug system accidentally discovered by Zelenka, ahead of a daunting war fleet.—KGF Vissers
- Using the information given to them by the alternate Elizabeth Weir, Sheppard, Teyla and Rodney travel to a planet in search of a ZPM. There they learn that the Ancients had entrusted the unit to the local people and a monk-like Brotherhood was formed to protect it. Working with local archaeologists, they must first determine its location. They're not the only ones who want the treasured power source however: Commander Kolya of the Genii is just waiting for the to locate it in order to steal it. For the socially inept Rodney, he also has to deal with Allina, one of the local archaeologists, who clearly has taken a liking to him. Finding the ZPM isn't as straightforward as they had hoped. Meanwhile, Zelenka discovers a long range scanning system and it reveals that a Wraith dart is minutes from arriving at Atlantis.—garykmcd
