- McKay and Weir start repairing the grounding station, while Sheppard tries to fight Kolya. The puddle jumper on the mainland enters the eye of the storm.
- Dr. McKay makes one last plea to Kolya convincing him he and Weir both need to be kept alive to keep the city standing. He starts repairing the damaged grounding station. Kolya leaves Sheppard under the impression that he actually killed Weir and Sheppard seems not amused. He's determined to stop Kolya and his men by any means possible. While he tries to find opponents with his tracking device, Ladon, Kolya's technical officer finds a way to track him. - McKay and Weir frantically try to prepare the shield power before the tsunami. Meanwhile the must playing commander Acastus Kolya, who wants to eliminate elusive Sheppard, who cleverly evades the Genii enemy, hides the explosives, sabotages all power except what McKay needs and at a critical moment even the stargate, so most of the Genii reinforcement company is killed on the iris, so the permanent takeover of Atlantis fails and the survivors evacuate without updated nuclear technology. Using the eye of the storm, Becket flew Ford and Teyla back from the mainland, she duels with vindictive Genii Sora, who blindly blames Teyla for the death of her father.—KGF Vissers
- With Elizabeth Weir and Rodney McKay prisoners of the Genii, it's left to Sheppard to try and prevent the invaders takeover of the city. He hides the C4 explosives the Genii desperately need to complete their atomic weapons and sets about disrupting the power supply to try and foil their takeover attempts. The battle takes on a different complexion when the Genii commander, Acastus Kolya, announces he has called in an additional 60 of his commandos and that they will be staying in the city permanently. Lt. Ford, Teyla and Beckett manage to leave in their jumper when the eye of the hurricane passes over them. They join Sheppard on Atlantis where Teyla must face the Genii Sora, who blames Teyla for the death of her father.—garykmcd
