The Incredible Brown Hulk

Warning: Spoilers
An asteroid is headed for Metropolis and if it hits, ten million people will instantly lose their lives. Superman, out in space with a space capsule on, is set to diffuse the situation by literally blowing it up first. There is one astronaut, appropriately named "Hardcastle," who is not a fan of Superman's and doesn't trust him "because he's an alien." Veteran actor Charles Napier voices "Hardcastle."

While Superman is on the asteroid he notices some huge - and I mean huge - creature attached to it. That is "The Prometheon," who is a synthetically-developed being, made by some aliens to use it for heavy labor. It was built for strength and given minimal intelligence. Now, because of the explosion "Hardcastle" set off which sent it to the waters around Metropolis, it is unleashed on Earth.

Heat makes the "thing" more powerful, so the plan is to "ice" this villain. Superman's task is made more difficult because of the stupid military guy (the only kind Hollywood likes to portray) who, of course, is doing all the wrong things and just making this brainless monster more powerful.

Overall, a so-so episode. If you can picture "The Incredible Hulk," you can picture this monster, except 100 times bigger. Just imagine him in brown, instead of green.
