When the Texan, in the hall outside the jail cell is visiting his friend, there is a blank wall behind the Texan and there are no shadows. As the scene changes to show the Texan returning to the sheriff's office, there are shadows of the cell's bars now visible on that same wall.
Mrs. Richards emerges from the hotel room where she's been sitting with her 14 year old daughter who was shot in a gunfight. She has a double barrel coach gun (shotgun) in her hands. There would not be any logical reason for her to have had a shotgun in the room where her daughter was being treated for a life threatening wound.
Torbit jumps thru a hole to escape from the jail, then he veers to the left and jumps on a horse. Kyle Richards fires a shot through the hole and hits Torbit however the angle that Richards shoots at would not allow him to have hit Torbit.
