Everyone is after Pam while she dates Bob. Red gets a device that sends an alarm when his heart rate gets too high and it always happens when Pam is in the room, only later it turns out that it is because of Bob.
The story about the heart monitor was funny but no it doesn't make Kitty unreasonable. Red was incredibly disrespectful to her because of Pam. The story with the drink is a good example. Eric was also irritating in this episode. Also very out of his character. Fez in his white tight clothes though was a great fun part of the episode.
Also good that Kelso was still there. Glad I was wrong in my assumption, I was sure it was a way to get Ashton Kutcher out of the show and that we won't see him again at least until next season. But nope, here he is, being all Kelso, nakes and in a hot tub.
