Fowler feels bad when he has to arrest a juvenile delinquent. When his own son Bill visits for a fortnight, he feels guilty, fearing to have failed utterly as a father. Meanwhile Dawkins is so unhappy with their relationship, even duller as he won't consider any intimacy with the 'boy' around (actually his love-life is much livelier, they soon find out) that she drags him to marriage counseling therapy. The Gasford boys surprise the adult cops further.
