Suzanne Somers: Chrissy Snow
Quotes
-
Chrissy Snow : [realizes Jack is flirting with Veronica] Oh. Am I interrupting something?
Jack Tripper : I hope so!
-
Chrissy Snow : [enters] Hi, Janet.
Janet Wood : Hi.
Chrissy Snow : [closes door] Where's Jack?
Janet Wood : You mean hot-to-trot Tripper?
[engrossed by TV guide]
Janet Wood : He already left.
Chrissy Snow : Are you still mad at him?
Janet Wood : Well... he's got a lot of nerve, I'll say that for him. I mean, first he makes up the rules, and then he wants to change them. Isn't that just like a man?
Chrissy Snow : Yeah... a woman would never do anything like that, would she?
Janet Wood : [gets up from couch] No, of course not.
Chrissy Snow : Unless there was a very special reason.
Janet Wood : Like what?
Chrissy Snow : Like Eddy, maybe? You know, Eddy from the office?
Janet Wood : Yeah.
Chrissy Snow : Well, he's taking me out tonight, and naturally he'll wanna see me home...
Janet Wood : And naturally you'll wanna have him in for coffee.
[checks TV set]
Chrissy Snow : Well, isn't that a special reason?
Janet Wood : Naturally.
[disappointed with what she sees on TV set]
Chrissy Snow : Can I switch nights with you?
Janet Wood : You're in luck. Humphrey Bogart isn't talking tonight.
[folds arms]
Chrissy Snow : What?
Janet Wood : The sound is out again.
Chrissy Snow : Oh.
Janet Wood : Look, I'll go catch a movie and you can have the apartment all to yourself.
[goes off]
Chrissy Snow : Oh, thank you. And, listen, you can come back whenever you like.
Janet Wood : Oh, gee, Chrissy, I hope you don't have that same problem I had last week with Bob.
Chrissy Snow : What problem?
Janet Wood : Well, he kept looking for a parking place for his hand.
Chrissy Snow : Ugh. When will a guy realize that when a girl says no she really means no?
Janet Wood : Right.
Chrissy Snow : [scoffs] Except when she means maybe.
[both laugh]
