I had never seen this episode back when, nor in the recent rerun. Sadly, much like with Fantasy Island, the channels are obsessed with cancelling this show as soon as they've picked it up, after merely 1 run of all seasons.
Billy Gallo steals the show here. He is hilarious. What perfect character for him! If you only watch one Who's the Boss? Episode, this is it! This, as usual, was copied by The Nanny, and became Chatterbox. The hairdresser there wore all blue, whereas Billy wears a black T-shirt and black jeans.
Billy & Tony worked very well off of each other. I really enjoyed Tony coaching the rebel hairstylist in diplomacy, and the final customer... let's just say the rebel had met his match in the level of rudeness. (And who can't relate to that?! He tells people exactly what he thinks!) Don't miss this one: at least for the first watch, it's beyond the charts funny! 10/10.
