This episode is a very wishy-washy one for me. It went from my top 10, to being in the middle, to being my least favorite, to now where this episode is third worst (right above Auntie Dote and Itty Bitty Kitty). If I wasn't a biased little crap this episode would honestly be in the 4-5/10 range, it's quite sad for a show of this quality.

I want to put a spin on this review and want to get the problems out of the way. The biggest issue in this episode (and the entire show to an extension) is the bathroom humor. This episode takes the levels of annoying to 50. Most of the jokes are just characters doing the pee pee dance and screaming to go to the bathroom. We are THIS FAR into the show and this is the freaking point you bring back the bathroom humor?

I don't mean to sound so distraught, but I can't stand shows when they make juvenile jokes, BE CLEVER LIKE YOU USUALLY ARE!

The other issue with this episode is the first half. The first is really dang boring and Whiskers has 10 IQ. Not much to point out, just wanted to make it known.

The rest of this episode is standard quality but goes above and beyond in aspects such as the second half, which makes this episode an 8/10 (disregarding bias). Brandy's favorite band Sugartoad is revealed and they are so awesome. The songs have a pop, Britney Spears Oops!... I Did It Again! Feel to them (well, they were in the same era). Before Whiskers and scouts ruin the concert, this part was actually really fun and super enjoyable, it's such a refresher to remind me: "Lily, THIS IS A GOOD SHOW".

The second half is spectacular yeah, but can we talk about how cool the stuff with the fireflies is? I really wanted to see more of that. I wish this episode was like Overbooked from SpongeBob where he went back and forth with everyone's needs until it got out of hand. Stereotypical yes, but it would have made for a way better episode, especially since the firefly outfits are really pleasing to look at due to the neon green.

I'm kind of disappointed with this episode, considering the storyboarder (Debra Pugh) also did The Tell-Tale Shoes, one of the most creative and enjoyable episodes in the series. As for the writer, Wendy Hunter only wrote the one episode.
