With the recent success of the film PAUL BLART MALL COP, you have to wonder if perhaps the short film MALL COPS had any influence on this full-length film. This short film, like PAUL BLART, is about a mall security officer who has dreams of being a real policeman--and sometimes takes on crimes way too serious for a guy who is not supposed to be carrying a gun.
The film is of course a comedy and it is successful because it provided plenty of laughs. Seeing Farski thinking and acting like Dirty Harry, Jr. was pretty cute and I would love to see more from the film makers who made this film as they are quite talented and clever.
