- There are multiple sexual references. Mild.
- A man discusses how he drew pictures of penises when he was a kid. We see several of his drawings. Shown briefly and are cartoonish and nongraphic. Played for laughs.
- Multiple scenes of sexual content and nudity.
- 3 kids watch porn (visible on screen) for a few seconds. Breasts and buttocks are shown.
- Teens go to a strip club and very quickly get thrown out.
- Lots of sexual dialogue. Sex topics are talked about by teens.

- Two police officers set their own squad car on fire with a Molotov. Later, Fogell shoots at the flaming wreck with one of the officer's guns (They give Fogell permission).
- A police officer punches a teenager in the face after the teen spits on him.
- Mild comic violence, nothing worse than a pg 13 comedy, no deaths, no serious injuries.
- Seth gets a girl's period blood on his pants.
- Fogell gets punched in the face by a robber.
- Seth passes out and accidentally hits Jules in the eye. A little later she is shown with a black eye.
- In a fantasy sequence, a security guard slits Seth's throat. We see the graphic wound and some blood squirts out.
- Two people at a party get into a fight.
