Harry and Son?
Hitchcoc19 March 2019
A tangled web develops when Harry begins to suspect he may be a father. The woman who died was trying to go on with life, but something happened. What we get is the sick underbelly of a very rich family. It's interesting how often those who have everything can really invite trouble. The performance artist continues to be a puzzle, but there is more sickness there. This is a well done, intense episode.

Strong concluding episode.

Harry continues to work solo, and hunt for the killer of Penny Harris, whilst still believing there's a chance that he may be Simon's father.

So some parts of this one were a stretch I think it's fair to say, you do need to suspend your disbelief for parts of it, but as a piece of fictional drama, it was entertaining, very entertaining.

It's perhaps been the strongest two part story from this particular series so far, definitely better than the last two.

The art sub story lost my interest a little earlier, it would have been better if they'd just focused on the main story, it just didn't get enough time, and packed interest.

Harry's showdown with the eventual killer was a great scene, top notch acting, Ward once again was fantastic, as was the other. The revelation came as a bit of a shock, not an outcome I had contemplated or imagined, it came as a real shock.

What next for Harry and Nikki?

8/10.

A letdown

Warning: Spoilers
Two baffling deaths, depicted at such a slow, boring pace that we figured them out first. When the culprits are finally discovered it becomes inconsequential. Spoiler alert: one of the murders reminded us of the superb Chinatown, only Body of Work isn't a very good. In fact it detracts from Silent Witness being much of exceptional body of work. We're now raising our sights that we won't watch another one unless the ratings are at least 7.8 or above.
