Though the characters in the series are not meant to be realistic in any way, they must stay true to the personality traits we understand those characters to hold, and their defined limits. In this episode Connie crosses a major boundry, in that she takes part in a thorough vanadlizing of Mr. Conklin's office, complete with casting important papers all around the floor, clearing his desk likewise, and emptying out a water pitcher and bottle of writing ink on a suit of armour standing next to the closet. (The storyline has Conklin hiding in said armour, but Connie only sees it as another target of oppurtunity.) On top of this, she is assissted by her erstwhile charges, students Walter Denton and Bones Snodgrass. I'm sure the guidence councillor would disapprove.
The Connie character is always smart alecky, and at odds with the overbearing, petty Principal Conklin, but she should'nt retaliate with an act of low-boil rage by committing a property crime.
