I love Monster Allergy, I remember growing up with it as a kid. It's based on the comic book series written by Francesco Artibani and is directed by Iginio Straffi. It's about a secret world of monsters which only certain people can see, these people are called tamers. In Monster Allergy we follow a young tamer named Zick and his best friend Elena on all kinds of adventures.
I have read the comics and watched the show! Monster Allergy is awesome. The animation is beautiful and the voice cast is amazing. I just wish they had stayed true to the comics in season 2 of the series. The last season does not follow up on the comics which is a shame and some of the characters from the comics have been neglected. Also, a lot of stuff that happens in the comics has not been included in the TV show which I think is a shame.
Nonetheless it's a unique show and my favorite.
