So much fun watching Meredith loopy and high on morphine! Great dialogue, funny conversations.

And on a more serious note: Burke's hand. It's a dangerous game he and Cristina are playing, hiding his tremor. You just know this will be thrilling...

I love that they make Addie so gracious and kind. It suits her.

Great episode except for that one patient

This episode made me happy, and pissed off at the same time. 1st, McSteamy joins permanently! Who doesn't love Mark Sloan! Meredith is high and funny as hell, and "All her boyfriends are here" but that pregnant patient refusing to have a c-section like "all those other weak moms" that pissed me off so much! I've had 3 c-sections and nothing about them are weak. They are painful, and major. And I wished she died giving me birth just a little bit. (It's a show, I don't wish death on people) Addison told her pushing would be dangerous and she didn't want to listen. I was livid! Other then that great episode. (Sorry needed to vent about that stupid patient)

This Episode begins with Meredith and George, they arrived at the Seattle Grace Hospital. Mark joins the hospital as a new surgeon. Shawn sets himself on fire with a cigarette. Shawn his face has been burned, he is heavily wounded. Meredith becomes a patient at the hospital, she is puking all the time. Izzie meets Denny Duquette Sr at the bar, he is Denny his father. Meredith has a appendicitis, she has to get into surgery for it. Meredith gets into surgery. Derek says to Meredith that she has to choose for Finn. Meredith tells Finn that she has chosen Derek. Denny donated 8.7 million to Izzie before he died. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 3, a really emotional Episode with all kinds off plot twists!
