When a limousine hits a nightclub, one person dies in the car and another is wounded. The survival is the notorious Kellen "Drops" Tyford and the victim is his friend Champ Landley. Soon the CSI investigators find bullet holes in the limousine, a bottle of champagne and some powder Greg believes it is cocaine. He also finds bullets of different calibers on the street and a one hundred dollar bill with the white powder in the car. Nick shows that the window of the limo has bullets from opposite directions. Meanwhile, Det. Sofie, Catherine and Warrick investigate the body a young woman in the lawn of a house, and her driver's license indicates the name of Melissa Gentry. They guess what might have happened with her. In the autopsy, Dr. Robbins believe Melissa was dragged by the seat belt. Warrick summons Melissa's mother, but she identities the victim as Melissa's best friend, the party girl Simone Molinez, who is using Melissa's expired license. Catherine finds in her purse the name Carey and a phone number. When she finds blood on the seat of his truck, he tells her that his friend Scotty Brittington had a nosebleed. When the CSI team puts the limousine, Carey's truck and Aaron James in the crime scene, they solve both cases.
