This short features the art style from The Loud House (2014) and also features traditional cel animation from this short, but The Loud House didn't premiere until sixteen years later in 2016.
Despite being produced by Cartoon Network Studios in association with Chris Savino Productions instead of Hanna-Barbera, it also features the latter's logo at the end of this short.
This is Chris Savino's first work of this short. He later began to work with Dexter's Laboratory (1996) and The Powerpuff Girls (1998) in later two seasons which weren't well received after Genndy Tartakovsky and Craig McCracken left to work on Samurai Jack (2001) and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (2004). After Cartoon Network fired him, Savino also worked for the shows such as Johnny Test (2005) from the first season and Tom and Jerry Tales (2006) from Warner Bros. Animation in the mid-2000s and later joining Disney such as Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil (2010) and Mickey Mouse (2013). Meanwhile, Savino finally joined Nickelodeon in the mid-2010s and premiering the most popular series, The Loud House (2014), and the spin-off The Casagrandes (2019).
