Is this the last episode of season six?
MairegChernet28 January 2008
'cause if it is, it was a hell of a wrap for the season. But when I looked at the episode guide there was one more episode left,"keep on trucking".

long story short, in this episode peter suffers a stroke after eating over 30 hamburgers at one time. But that's not the only thing that happens. towards the beginning, peter grows a mustache and he is mistaken for a fireman('cause they all have mustaches).and he saves a guy from a fire.

I can safely say I am one of the biggest fans of the show, and I always scrutinize each episode before writing a comment about it. and I haven't found any flaws in this episode(maybe some goofs, but I really don't care for that kinda stuff.)

yes i am a huge fan of the show, but that doesn't mean my comments are biased, frankly i loved this episode. in fact it has to be one of the best ones so far in season six of course next to blue harvest and the two part stewie kills lois episode.

anyways, one of the best of season six. watch the reruns whenever they come on adultswim and fox itself, I loved it.I am sure you will love it too. this episode was totally worth it.

The One Where Peter Has A Stroke...

Warning: Spoilers
I love this episode. It's one of my all-time Season 6 episodes. It's just so funny.

In this episode, Peter decides to grow a mustache because mustache people are just so much more awesome then regular people. He walks past McBurgertown, a fast food restaurant that is on fire. Peter saves the manager, and sadly, his mustache burns off. But the manager gives him free burgers for life. So one day, Peter eats so many burgers, and I mean literally thirty burgers in one sitting, that he has a stroke. So he decides to sue the restaurant. I mean, even though he ate way too many burgers for one person in one day, they still shouldn't be able to give him a stroke.

Fun Fact: McBurgertown is a parody of McDonald's.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.

Comical to Say the Least

This episode of Family Guy was hysterical. If you got 30 minutes to spare, and you're willing to watch some Family Guy, then I would definitely recommend McStroke.

stewie story OK, mcburgertown story makes no sense

Warning: Spoilers
since I think the part where stewie goes undercover as a high school student is funny I am not gonna say anything about that. However what the hell is with peter's recent scheme, I mean ya the moustache part was funny, but after that it is stupid I mean he sues the mickey d's ripoff because he had a stroke from eating too many burgers (which is actually against the law thanks to the hamburger bill watch super size me) and next he decides that their built in slaughter house is evidence enough to shut them down. Where the hell do you think burgers come from? I think my deepest disappointment is that Ricardo Multiblan (KHAAAAAN!!) died after giving his voice to the show.

Jumped the shark or writer's strike?
Rett_Mikhal7 February 2008
This episode is not funny. I don't care if it is offensive; that almost made it funny. It's just... not funny. I've watched it three times and even the parts I know are funny just aren't making me laugh. It seems like the show has degraded into Scary Movie syndrome where one joke is taken into a room and beat to death in front of you. Yeah, it was funny at first, then they show it to you for the next minute fifty seconds and you want to kill yourself.

Even a guest appearance by Khan himself was TOTALLY WASTED. He made exactly one joke, or at least one joke was remotely clever (my... beloved wife) and even that was hammered into the ground. The episode just spirals into a flatspin of crap at this point and the writers must have known they'd failed by this point. All of Montalban's dialogue is just FILLER. He doesn't say anything remotely interesting or memorable. Then, just to celebrate their failure, the writers make Montalban do a speech that isn't a speech, just filler material in front of a crowd! AMAZING.

Easily my least favorite episode of Family Guy. Beyond terrible.
