Bubbles and Ray take the rig full of shopping carts to Maine to make a deal. Ray brings along "Friends of the Road." Bubbles is annoyed and thinks about the train convention. They stop at a truck stop and Ray is arrested in a prostitution sting. Bubbles calls Julian to come get him.
Julian forces Ricky to throw away all his dope before they cross the border. They pass without a search and Ricky has no dope in the states. They find Bubbles in a phone booth and let him sleep in the car.
The next day, they arrive at the train expo with Sebastian Bach as the special guest. Sebastian tells his assistant to find him dope. Ricky asks around for dope and he gets Sebastian to meet up with him in the parking lot.
Sebastian is blown away by Ricky's dope and buy more. Bubbles sneaks into the building at night and steals the Swayze Express. They return to the trailer park the next day and Bubbles shows them the train.

He's in a train feud with Patrick Swayze and the train community isn't fond of him, except for Bubbles. Bubbles stands up for Sebastian claiming Swayze uses illegal parts.
