This Episode begins with Cristina, she is dancing. Meredith is dancing with Cristina. Izzie thinks that Cristina and Meredith their dancing is annoying. A ambulance car crashed into another ambulance car at the outside of the hospital. Ray and Stan are stuck in the ambulance car. Shane has a swastika tattoo on his belly, Cristina sees this. Stan died in the ambulance car. Bailey performs Shane's surgery. Nick his artery bursts open. Nick's blood gets sprayed on Lexie. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 4, such a really great Episode with a lot of tention and exciting moments. Looking forward to the second part!

Action is back! This episode is great! There are a lot of different issues and cases, and they're all really strong. And the fact that none of the cast are dying or injured is good, that makes it more realistic.
The acting is good, the conversation is believable.
And major spoiler, sorry: I LOVE the fact that they have the Paramedic Ray join in on season 16, when he shows up to defend Meredith keeping her medical licence. When they have guest stars come back and remind us of the earliest seasons like that it's the best. After 16 seasons and almost all of the entire cast replaced, it still feels like the same show, and that's really great.

The guest stars this episode are brilliant, all of them are believable actors/actresses, especially Seth Green. I'm loving the Alex and Ava storyline and Christina fighting for Hanns approval is developing into an interesting sub-plot. This episode was both heart warming and heart breaking as per proper grey's fashion

Not sure what to say. Usually, this series is quite true to life. Researchers do their stuff and write the stories accordingly.
This time, we have a severe accident that everyone stops to watch, with Grey and the chief waiting for a guy die without even attempting to help, except call for the guys wife. The Xray technician arrives to say goodbye to her other half, then we find him still hanging there alive.
Felt like nothing was going on. Even the fire brigade, who were called to retrieve the guys stuck in the ambulance, just gently tapped wooden pegs under the upturned vehicle, then stood to watch. No real feel to this at all.....
Not the best episode, but still a good story.
However, if this was the first episode, I wouldn't watch any further.
