- A boy is raped and he refuses to say anything. An investigation reveals that the boy's parents are embroiled in a bitter custody dispute because the husband joined the Hassidic community. When the boy disappears, the trail leads to a Jewish community and they suspect someone there could be the perp. But it is later discovered that the perp is another boy. Elliot tries to get Casey not to prosecute him as an adult. At first she agrees but when it's discovered he's done it to others.
