Featured Raven (Scott Levy) defeating ECW World Heavyweight Champion The Sandman (Jim Fullington) for the title in a no-rope barbed-wire match. This was Raven's second and last ECW World Heavyweight Title. Sandman would not regain the title until ECW's final PPV, ECW Guilty as Charged 2001 (2001), and would lose it to Rhino (Terry Gerin) immediately after the same night.
Featured ECW World Television Champion "The Franchise" Shane Douglas and "The Head Cheerleader" Francine (Francine Fournier) defeating "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Beulah McGillicutty (Trisa Hayes) in an intergender tag team match that featured a couple of historic moments. At one point, Dreamer had Francine up for a piledriver and was turning around to each side of the ring to show everyone what was about to happen, which was Dreamer hitting the move and Francine's breasts falling out. Dreamer tried climbing up but Beulah stopped him and climbed up herself. Beulah then hit her first-ever moonsault (top rope backflip splash) on Francine. Shane then won the match for his team by attacking Dreamer and hitting Beulah, a woman he outweighed by around 120 lbs., with his Belly-to-Belly Suplex finishing move. As if pinning a woman wasn't outrageous enough, Shane made sure to hook the leg to ensure she couldn't kick out.
When Tommy Dreamer grabbed Francine by the hair to set her up for the piledriver, commentator Joey Styles said, "And Dreamer has seen enough of the Head Cheerleader." Raised to funny since Francine's breasts falling out meant that everyone got to see more of her than they expected.
