Douglas is approached by Carol, who believes that Helen is trying to take over her life, and plotting something sinister. Megan and Andrew are sent to look into Helen's past.
Terrific, it's a cracking conclusion, it really is an exciting, fast paced, brilliantly acted thriller. It builds on the first episode, the story gets a little bolder, a little darker and certainly a lot more intense.
Several terrific scenes, the confrontation was of course the main event, but the final twist was terrific too. I loved the doubt and uncertainty throughout, at almost every event you're left wondering and questioning, this was very well written.
There aren't many finer actors than Bill Patterson or Peter Capaldi, but this is all about Siobhan Redmond, she really does produce a killer performance here, the variety in accents and body language show just how good she is.
Part one was excellent, this second episode was even better.
9/10.
