Amanda Peet, the co-star of John Cusack in "2012 (2009)", is pregnant again. Peet's representative confirmed to People that she is expecting her second child with screen-writer husband, David Benioff.
On Peet's pregnancy, her representative didn't give any further information, including her due date. The upcoming baby will join Peet's first daughter Frances Pen, who was born in February 2007.
Back in April in the same year Peet gave birth to Pen, the FBI Agent Dakota Whitney of "The X-Files: I Want to Believe" said, "I think we want more [kids]." She then added, "He [Benioff] wants three, but I'm old, I'm an old lady. Two is enough."
Amanda Peet has starred in several movies, including "Something's Gotta Give", "The Whole Ten Yards" and "Five Dollars a Day". Meanwhile, her husband David Benioff has written some movie screenplays, such as "Troy", "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", and "Brothers".
Peet and Benioff had dated for four years before deciding to tie the knot.

Open on Will Schuester in the faculty lounge reviewing some papers with a couple cookies and some milk. Unfortunately nothing ruins snacktime more than a run in with the school bully (Sue Sylvester) boasting about being named cheerleading coach of the decade in Splits magazine. Even as Capitol Films pursues international sales for a slate of movies at Afm this week, legal battles for the men who head the company are heating up.
In the latest salvo, executives behind defunct New York hedge fund D.B. Zwirn, which provided most of the money to David Bergstein and his partner Ron Tutor to make and sell movies, filed suit Monday for reimbursement of about $120 million. That money was used by the pair to acquire Capitol for $30 million and ThinkFilm for $25 million as well as to operate a series of companies and produce movies involving high-profile directors and stars.
Bergstein, whose banner now is Pangea Media Group, and Tutor, the Los Angeles-based millionaire behind Tutor-Saliba, one of the largest U.S. construction firms, provided personal guarantees on the loans that appear to put them on the hook for more than $65 million. That's according to...

“I don’t find humor amusing.”- Marcus Foster I’ll be honest with you guys. I really didn’t know that much about Marcus when I set out to write this feature. There just isn’t a lot of information out there yet, and I quickly discovered that much of what is comes from t5m’s own Amanda Bell. Marcus is taking things a little slower than some and letting his career unfold. Once you listen to his music and watch videos of him performing, I’m sure you’ll be just as hooked as I am. Marcus discovered music at a young age, starting with the piano when he was only six or seven. He began by learning the songs that his parents played for him. The guitar came later, then he was introduced to blues clubs. Finally, it was Tom Waits who inspired Marcus to write his own songs.

Carrying no air of accomplishment, this gifted artist came to the United States with quite a repertoire under his belt. Foster has been featured on the Twilight soundtrack for his work with Bobby Long and The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Remember Me star Robert Pattinson on "Let Me Sign" and on the opening credits for up-coming film Five Dollars A Day (with Christopher Walken and Sharon Stone - forthcoming fall 2009) as well the soundtrack for two songs, "I Don't Mind" and "Make It Easy." He is also a year away from completing his Master's degree in art wherein his specialty is sculpture. Nevertheless, there is this vibe e that emanates from Foster off-stage and behind-the-scenes that he has no idea just how important he and his music are. His work in Dallas, perhaps, has previewed him to that understanding. Foster played with Bobby Long...

The weekend came to a close at the American Film Market on Sunday with sales and finance houses adding cast to projects to encourage buyers to splash the presale cash, while a flurry of deal memos also landed.
Buyers were greeted by the news that Sharon Stone and Amanda Peet have joined the cast of Nigel Cole's Five Dollars a Day, sold here by U.S. banner ThinkFilm International and financed by U.K. sister company Capitol Films.
Billed as a riotous father-and-son road-trip movie, Stone and Peet join Christopher Walken and Alessandro Nivola in the film, from a script by Neal and Tippi Dobrofsky. Carol Baum, Jane Goldenring and Kia Jam are producing.
Meanwhile, buzz is building on three titles.
The Weinstein Co. is said to be circling the horror film Eden Lake, from Pathe International, billed as a cross between Deliverance and Stand By Me.
The sales agent also is repping Jacques Perrin and Jacques Cluzaud's sea documentary Oceans, a follow-up to their Winged Migration. Disney is among the companies circling the big-budget project, due in mid-2009, and could see the studio reunited with Participant and National Geographic.
One of the most talked-about projects of the festival is the Peter Jackson-produced sci-fi film District 9, from director Neill Blomkamp and financier/sales rep QED International. Sony is among the strongest candidates to buy the film, set to shoot in the spring, sources said.
High-profile deal memos and pacts were beginning to land thick and fast during the weekend as attendees' thoughts turned to planning their exit from this year's market in the next day or so.

- The role of father was pretty much confirmed a while back when Christopher Walken was circling the project and Variety reports that Alessandro Nivola will play son to the conman's father. In a project that dates back to 03’ with the like Nick Cassavetes and John Curran to direct, it looks like the project is moving forward with Nigel Cole (A Lot Like Love, Calendar Girls) at the helms.Written by Neal H. Dobrofsky and Tippi Dobrofsky, Five Dollars a Day is a road movie that pits a con artist against his more conservative son. Walken will play a conman proud of living like a king on $5 a day, and Nivola his offspring, who had been jailed for one of his father's crimes.Capitol Films greenlit the project for its Th!NKFilm arm to release. Carol Baum, Jane Goldenring and Kia Jam are producing. Look for shoooting to begin in New Mexico and Atlantic City,
