- While E gets a new office (in a cheap neighborhood) and tries to announce his position as Vince's manager, Vince and Turtle fight with Gary Busey over an antique desk with a rich Hollywood history. Vince buys a vintage desk for E as a gift for his new office, for $ 42,000. The desk was owned by Robert De Niro and other famous celebs. But he is told that Gary Busey already bought the desk. Gary will sell the desk to Vince, if Drama agrees to let Gary paint on him (like body art with real paint). Drama agrees, for Vince's sake. But later, when the delivery guys bring the desk, it wont fit into the narrow hallways of E's office building.
Vince is waiting for "clouds" as Dana's studio has paid Billy to write the script. So E pitches him an idea to star in a video game for a game producer Peter Jackson. After E calls Peter, Peter calls Ari as he didn't believe that E was Vince's manager. Ari tells E that he would need to advertise better if he wants people to take him seriously as Vince's manager.
Mary J Blige is Ari's biggest client & is coming to the agency for her annual meeting with Ari's team. That day 2 twin agents start fighting in Ari's office. Jeff & Jim are twins & come to blows. Jeff has had sex with Jim's wife and Ari is angry. Jim wants Ari to fire Jeff. Ari finds that Jeff is the better agent (Jeff has out-earned Jim significantly over the past 3 years), & so decides to fire Jim as the both of them cant work together anymore. Turns out Mary J is a big fan of Jim & is upset with Ari for firing him. When Mary finds out that Ari fired Jim, when Jeff had sex with Jim's wife, she Walks to Ari's rival. Ari fires Jeff as well.
Meanwhile E tries to get an ad in the papers announcing his company. But nobody believes that he is Vince's manager, especially since he has not contracted with Vince or anything (The ad agency wants confirmation of him being the manager before they use Vince's name), plus he has no other clients other than Vince (so he is not a real company yet). E calls Shauna to help him get an ad into Variety magazine. She gets E an interview with a Variety reporter (the interview wont cost E a single dime and yet will get his name out there as Vince's manager), where E ends up revealing that Vince live in his brother's small condo with 2 friends. The reporter likes the story and does a whole profile on E. The next day the article is printed on the growing trend of nepotism in Hollywood, with E on cover.
Vince buys E a new office & space for Drama, Turtle and himself, so they can all hang. While E is depressed that the article is bad, but he is finally recognized as Vince's manager by the industry (Peter Jackson returns E's call and now E knows that people see him as Vince's manager) and he is ready to hire an assistant.
