Jake says that the receipt can't be his as he doesn't keep his receipts, which contradicts what he says in "Sabotage".
One of the commendation bars Officer Howard wears is a "fake" bar that is not issued by the NYPD.
Santiago is wearing 2 citation bars that are not issued by the NYPD. Also, NYPD regulations require that the American Flag bar be worn as the highest citation bar - something Santiago would have known.
Captain Holt wears his Commendation breast bar above his World Trade Center Breast Bar. When the WTC bar is worn, it is worn above all other medals, but below the American Flag bar.
Glass from the windows is inside the bullpen. If the blast originated from Jake's desk, the windows should have been blown outward, towards the roof, not inward, towards Jake's desk.
When asked who the best detective he ever worked with is now that Dillman has disgraced himself, Holt states that it's Sergeant Leslie Hunt-Minkoff. In The Crime Scene (2019), Holt stated that the best detectives he'd ever worked with were Montez and Dillman. Since Holt has not worked with a Leslie Hunt-Minkoff since then, either Montez should be the new number one or Hunt-Minkoff should have already been in the top two.
Rosa says that even when things got bad between her and her mother they could still talk about the (fictional) soap opera, "Drake's Hollow." Rosa stated in The Crime Scene (2019) that she had not spoken to her mother at all in a year and a half.
After Holt tells Jake he's suspended, Jake is seen outside the precinct still wearing his badge, which he would have needed to hand in upon being suspended.
Dillman's assertion that Jake set the bomb himself so that he could solve the case and prove to Holt what a great detective he is makes absolutely no sense, as there would be no way for Jake to solve it without either admitting he'd done it himself or implicating an innocent person.
Dillman reason for concluding that Rosa is innocent is very flawed. He decides she is innocent as she knows a lot about "Drake's Hollow", but she could have watched the show at anytime, meaning she still didn't have an alibi for the prank on Jake's desk.
When Holt says he's going to call Dillman, Jake exasperatedly exclaims, "Who?!" Holt has mentioned Dillman to Jake before, in The Crime Scene (2019).
Both Holt and Jake refer to Holt's proposed shortening of his task force, The Special Tactical Operations and Auxiliary Strategic Response Citywide Emergency Investigative Unit for Emergency Operations (S.T.O.A.S.R.C.E.I.U.E.O.) as an acronym. Acronyms spell out pronounceable words. If it does not spell out a word, it is an initialism, not an acronym.
