During the gun shooting in the restaurant, Casey shoots one guy in the leg and the guy falls down. A few moments later the same guy is seen up again still shooting.
When Chuck tells Sarah and Casey about Mei Ling and points at the mustard stain, the stain is gone in the next scene.
After the limousine drives off, Mei-Ling is pointing two pistols at Chuck. The gun in her right hand has the slide locked back, a sign that it's out of ammunition. Her right finger is on the trigger. There's a cut to show Chuck, then a cut back to Mei-Ling: now, the slide is forward, and her right finger is straightened, pointing to the ejection port. Then there's a cut showing Mei-Ling from behind, with her finger back on the trigger.
The dish "Sizzling Shrimp" is named for the fact that it is served still sizzling, very hot, right from the cooking pan. If you get it as take out, when you get home it's just, well, shrimp.
