- A new season of scheming begins as the ladies work to perfect their craft. Beth grapples with guilt and grief - and faces an unexpected visitor.
- Beth makes a new friend while struggling to process her guilt over Rio's death. Meanwhile, the women perfect their latest business venture just as Agent Turner and his surprising informant complicate their plans to launch.
- Beth, Ruby, and Annie enter season 3 all having new jobs that are convenient for their new money laundering business. Beth works for a card-making factory, Ruby as a nail polisher(for the remover) and Annie valet parks cars for cash to launder.
The 3 are perfecting their process while Stan is working as a bouncer/security guard at a local Gentleman's Club to help pay the bills, much to Ruby's dismay as there are constant topless women and strippers scantily walking around and asking instructions on how to properly push buttons on a microwave made in the 1970s. This job is needed to afford his & Ruby's daughter's medication.
Rio turns out to be alive, unbeknownst to Beth, and under police custody with Agent Turner, as an informant. Turns out Rio is helping the FBI bust other criminals.
The 3 ladies finally perfect their fraudulent $10 bills with the help of Beth's co-worker and feel forced to burn it due to an ill-advised visit from the FBI Agent. By the end of the episode, Rio has given a phony address for the FBI to raid and in doing so, Rio has checked out of the hotel he has been staying at, under an assumed identity, while it is suggested that his cohorts have driven up on the FBI agents at this location in a van and assassinated them.
The episode ends with Rio walking past a billboard that has a picture of white sand, clear water,2 bottles of beer & a chair, the exact same answer he had given to Turner earlier in the episode when he was asked "have you figured out what you want yet?" as in what do you want from the government in exchange for your cooperation.
It is not confirmed whether or not Agent Turner and his colleagues are deceased as they lay in pools of blood before the final credits appear.
